Returns & Exchanges

Items are eligible for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY.  NO REFUNDS

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of expected delivery date of package.

**LOCAL (Tampa Bay Area) purchases have 7 days to exchange items.

Items can either be exchanged for store credit, or another item.  Store credit never expires.  

All sale items, gift cards, accessories, shapewear, swimwear, and white clothing are final sale.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, returned items, should be in new, saleable condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the items have any sign of wear (stains, odor, perfume smell, washed, etc.) the item(s) will be returned to customer, at the customer's expense.

You can send your items to the return address on your packing slip. If you are unsure of our address, please fill out the contact us form for the correct address. Please include your name, email address, and order number in the package.  Between Us Godly Girls are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.  

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).  USPS is the most affordable method for shipping your return. 

Remember to keep record of your tracking number and proof of postage when shipping back your returns.  Once your item is received please allow 24-48 hours for your return to be processed.  We will send your exchanged item or email you a gift certificate code that can be used on the site.
